Take advantage of Sorrento being your gateway to the region and tart your adventures either by bus or by boat to the charming tow of Amalfi. Sorrento is accessible totally by foot as well with its winding narrow roads and stairs. You can visit the 10th century cathedral and admire the mosaics in the Cloister of Paradise. There really is so much to see and do, but why not finish the days adventure with a drink on the beachfront or at the marina people watching and yacht spotting.

Perhaps visit Ischia and take some time to enjoy the volcanic thermal spas, golden beaches and great food. The well-known island of Capri is also within easy access, however our recommendation is to take a boat out to the quieter islands of Ischia and the spend a day in total relaxation mode. Ischia is a part of the Phlegraean Fields, a volcanic area west of Naples so for a thoroughly indulgent day, check into the Poseidon Thermal Park. The park has 20 pools filled with heated water that is said to have healing properties.
