‘At-a-Glance’ Illustrative Itinerary

Your holiday begins in London this morning, where you'll catch the Eurostar to Brussels. From there you connect seamlessly to a high-speed train through to Cologne. There will be a brief pit-stop in the city before completing your journey through to Berlin.

You will check in to your hotel for a two-night stay. (Overnight in Berlin)

Wake up to breakfast, then Berlin awaits. Plenty to see but ensure that you make time to visit the fragments of the Berlin Wall at the East Side Gallery as well as the stunning architecture of the Brandenburg Gate. Your included guided walking tour will ensure that you discover many of the landmarks and monuments within Berlin. Your holiday includes access to the Brandenburg Gate Museum. (Overnight in Berlin).

Check out of the hotel after breakfast and head off to Hauptbahnhof station, Berlin where you will take a direct train to the amazing city of Prague, in the Czech Republic; the “City of a Hundred Spires”. After checking into you hotel you will be free to you’re your way around Prague and perhaps head to the Old Town for a traditional supper. (Overnight in Prague) 

Spend the whole day exploring Prague using your hop-on, hop-off pass.

Plenty of interesting stops including St Nicholas Church, stroll by the meandering Vltava River. Cross Charles Bridge, an iconic landmark from the 14th century, and admire the views from St. Vitus Cathedral. (Overnight in Prague) 

Today following breakfast and check in take the direct train from Prague to Vienna.  On arrival you will make your way to your hotel where you will check in for the next two nights.  After you have settled in why not head out an explore the magnificent Austrian capital famous for its opulent Opera House and grand architecture.  You can stroll through the streets and take part in the city’s famous café culture and find somewhere to watch the world go by.

Have the day at leisure to discover all that this wonderful city has to offer.  Your tickets for the hop on hop off bus tour will assist you in putting together your own tailor made itinerary for the day.  The Vienna Pass you have will get you access to over 60 attractions across the city, so together are sure to guarantee you a day of exploring.

Leave Vienna after breakfast, catch a direct high speed train direct to Budapest.  On arriving in the capital of Hungary you will check in to your hotel for the next two nights.  IN recent years Budapest has grown to become a popular destination and it is easy to see why, with its culture, history, Architecture and sparkling river Danube.

Enjoy the entire day exploring all the wonders that Budapest has to offer.  This fine city has a unique geography atop thermal hot springs, which offers a wide selection of baths to choose from across the city.  The Széchenyi Medicinal Baths are the largest and actually grandest the city has to offer with its sunny yellow colour with both indoor and outdoor pools to experience.  There is a huge and impressive art collection in Buda Castle, to explore the famous Hungarian Parliament Building, the largest of its kind in the world.  By evening, sit back and relax on your Danube River Cruise you have included while enjoying drinks – a truly special experience like no other.

if you have the time we would highly recommend extending your time in Budapest to a third night to take some time to enjoy the thermal baths for some end of holiday relaxation.

Check out of your hotel after your last breakfast and head to Budapest airport for your return flight to the UK.  If you prefer to travel home by train via Cologne, please let us know and we can make this arrangement for you.
